The pool area was a great place for us to relax and enjoy the sun. The kids had a blast swimming and playing in the water. The cable TV in our room provided endless entertainment, with a wide selection of channels and shows that kept everyone happy. It was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day of exploring Krabi.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities or a play area for children.

Staff was ok, good english.
It was HORRIBLE! I would not pay for this hotel, and the pool was awful. Nothing was like the pictures. Do not go there!

Two very friendly staff members picked me up for free from the ferry port. They were welcoming and were very helpful.
The swimming pool area was a bit of a disappointment. Only one sun lounger and not sure how clean the water was. The hotel boss was not very pleasant, I asked if I could have a slightly late check out (only 4 additional hours) and even though the hotel was very quiet she declined my request.

Great location, short walk from main road. Helpful staff arranged transportation change for cancelled flight. Nice touch with fresh fruits for breakfast to go. Luxury of swimming pool. Central to bars and restaurants, good breakfast and lunch at the on-site restaurant.

The room was amazing, with super efficient AC and great toiletries. The lady at reception arranged a fantastic transfer, and we even got a surprise breakfast fruit platter. Highly recommend!

The room was super nice with mind-blowingly efficient air conditioning. The shower had jaw-droppingly strong pressure and the toiletries were top-notch. The staff, especially the lady at reception, were amazingly friendly and arranged a fantastic transfer to Koh Lanta. We were pleasantly surprised with a breakfast fruit platter. The bed was allright and the shuttle bus to the airport was on time. They provided free water and towels. The location was great, close to everything, and the pool was a bonus. Highly recommend this hotel!
